Thank you for shopping at fitsparx. If the product itself is defective, or if the final product is materially different than the design displayed on the website, we're here to help. Under these conditions, our products can be returned within 30 days of receiving the product.

After you have sent an email to support@fitsparx will receive instructions for returning your item(s). Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping.

Once we have received your return we will refund your payment method within 72. Please allow 3-5 business days once we have processed your refund to be reflected on your payment method.

Damaged items
If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.
